Plusling accessibility

Plusling targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for its public website. The site is designed around keyboard access, visible focus, semantic page structure, text alternatives, reduced motion, readable contrast, and responsive reflow.

We’re working towards WCAG 2.2 AA and we’re honest about the gaps: we haven’t yet had an independent audit, and we’ll keep this page updated as we improve.

What the public website is designed to support

Every page has a skip link, semantic landmarks, ordered headings, native links and controls, useful source order, and descriptive alternatives for meaningful images. Actions have visible keyboard focus, motion respects the system reduced-motion preference, and content is designed to remain complete at 320 CSS pixels without horizontal scrolling.

The light and dark themes use the same semantic information structure. Colour, depth, companion artwork, and animation are not intended to be the only way a visitor receives meaning.

Current limits

The Plusling learning app is a separate experience from these pages. Some learning activities are timed, and some questions use mathematics or diagrams. Those formats are expected to provide useful textual or spoken equivalents, but a barrier can still depend on the activity, browser, device, or assistive technology in use.

A general read-aloud assistance mode is not part of the current product. Reporting a specific problem is the most useful way to identify where the experience falls short of its target.

Report an accessibility problem

Email support@plusling.com with the page address or app area, what you were trying to do, and the barrier you encountered. If comfortable, include your browser, device, and assistive technology. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, full payment details, question answers, or unnecessary personal information.
