The admissions process
- Children at state-funded Buckinghamshire primaries were entered for the test automatically unless withdrawn; families at partner, independent or out-of-county schools needed to register with Buckinghamshire Council by 2 June 2026.
- For the standard Year 7 round, follow the school’s Year 7 page and 2027 policy; its Years 8–11 page concerns later entry.
- If claiming Pupil Premium priority, provide evidence of eligibility at the 31 October 2026 application deadline; looked-after applicants should check documentary requirements.
- Submit a separate school preference through your home local authority by its deadline; Buckinghamshire residents have until 31 October 2026.
