Year 7 entry
For September 2027 entry
Chatham Grammar’s September 2027 Year 7 applicants must meet selective standard through the Medway Test or Kent Test and apply through their home local authority. For the Medway route, registration ran 18 May–12 June 2026 and test sessions were 15, 16, 19 or 20 September 2026; that registration and assessment period has passed. The papers cover English, mathematics and reasoning, with GL Assessment as provider. From September 2026 the school is co-educational, including Year 7. Check the home local authority for the correct preference deadline.
