Cranleigh Senior’s Year 7/8 expansion starts in September 2028.

The admissions process

  • Apply for Year 7 entry to Cranleigh Prep; the school says September 2027 will be its final Year 7 intake.
  • Register and pay the application fee. Year 6 applicants sit the ISEB Common Pre-Test at their current Prep school in October or November before entry.
  • Attend Cranleigh’s assessment day and interview; offers are communicated within a few weeks of assessment.
  • Cranleigh Senior currently admits at 13+ (Year 9). Its Year 7 and Year 8 entry expansion begins in September 2028; keep those Senior admissions separate from the 2027 Prep entry.
