Elmhurst Ballet School admits Year 7 pupils to its full-time ballet programme by audition. Its current UK application deadline is 6 December 2026; Year 7 applicants are automatically invited to an in-person semi-final audition. The published Lower School semi-finals are in January and February 2027, with finals in March.

- Year 7 applicants are automatically invited to an in-person semi-final audition; applicants for Years 8 and above submit video footage as part of their application.
- The published Lower School semi-final dates are 27 and 28 January and 9 February 2027; the final audition week begins 9 March 2027. The school assigns each applicant’s audition arrangements.
