Entry information

For September 2027 entry

Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra Girls School is accepting applications for 2027–28 from 20 September 2026. Applications after the 15 June 2027 deadline will be processed in September 2027. Applicants provide recent school and madrasah reports and identity documents, then attend interviews with their parent/carer. Some applicants may also sit examinations in core subjects, but the school does not name the subjects or a test provider.

Entry stage: Age 11+ entry for the 2027–28 academic year; the school is registered for girls aged 11–16

The admissions process

  • Apply online or request/download the school application form. Applications for 2027–28 opened on 20 September 2026; those submitted after 15 June 2027 are processed in September. Submit the £50 application fee, latest school and madrasah reports, and a copy of the pupil’s birth certificate or passport.
  • The school checks reports and prior attainment where applicable; it says processing may take four to six weeks when documents arrive on time.
  • The pupil and parent/carer are invited to interview. In some cases the pupil may also be asked to sit examinations in core subjects. The school says reports, assessment results and interviews inform its selection decision.
  • The school sends the outcome in writing and invites successful applicants to complete enrolment paperwork and attend an induction day. Parents have 14 days to accept an offer; acceptance carries a further £50 non-refundable admissions fee and a £400 refundable deposit, subject to terms.
