Entry information

Islamiyah Girls High School’s published 2026–27 policy describes Year 7 applications with a birth certificate or passport, a school report and an application fee, followed by an online assessment and interview. The policy gives September and January as entry points; ask the school for dates and availability for your child’s intended cohort.

Entry stage: 11+ / Year 7

The admissions process

  • Download the application form from the school’s admissions page or request it from the school office. Return the completed form with the requested identity documents and recent school report.
  • The current linked form and 2026–27 policy both state a £150 application charge. Confirm the current payment arrangements directly with the school before submitting.
  • The school contacts applicants about an online assessment and an interview attended with parents. Its policy calls the assessment a CATS test; ask Admissions to confirm the format, timings and any access arrangements.
  • The policy describes September and January entry points and asks families to apply in advance. Confirm which start dates and Year 7 places are available for your child.
  • Successful applicants receive written notification. The policy separately lists a further £100 charge covering uniform, a planner and an Islamic studies book; confirm the current charges and acceptance steps with the school.
