Leicester Grammar School has separate 10+ entry to Year 6 Prep and 11+ entry to Year 7. For September 2027, applications close at 4pm on 7 December 2026 and the Year 7 assessment day is 5 January 2027. Year 7 candidates take English and Mathematics papers, a computer-based reasoning assessment and group assessment activities; some may be interviewed.
