Entry information

For September 2027 entry

For senior Year 7 entry, St Gerard’s asks for satisfactory assessment, interview and a current school report. The entrance assessment covers English and Mathematics; the school still uses “level 4” as its own description of expected working level in those subjects; families should ask Admissions what that means for the child now.

Entry stage: Year 7

What the assessment covers

  • English
  • Mathematics

Assessment provider: St Gerard’s School

The admissions process

  • Senior Year 7 applicants sit entrance assessments in English and Mathematics, normally in March before entry.
  • The school also considers an interview and a report from the applicant’s current school.
