We’re a small team and we read every message. If you have a question about Plusling, need help with your family account, or want to share feedback, please email us at support@plusling.com .

What to include

Describe the page or part of Plusling you were using, what happened, and what you expected to happen. When relevant, include:

  • the page address or name of the app area;
  • the browser and device type;
  • the exact error wording, without credentials or private learner content; and
  • the steps that led to the problem.

That context helps us investigate directly and get back to you with clear answers.

Protect private information

Do not email a password, one-time code, authentication token, full payment-card details, question answers, scores, or unnecessary information about a child. Keep the first message to the minimum information needed to describe the issue.

Learning app and family account support

Your child’s practice, progress, and account details live inside the Plusling app; these pages are for guidance and getting in touch.

A child who needs product help should ask a parent, guardian, tutor, or other responsible adult to use this support route.

Family accounts

A few answers before you get in touch.

All questions & answers
How do I set up our family account?

An adult creates the family account using a mobile number and a verification code, then sets up a learner profile for each child. Each child has their own space for practice, while the adults supporting them can check completed work and manage the family account.

Does my child need an email address or password?

No. Children don't need their own email address, phone number or password to practise. An adult manages their access through the family account and opens the learner profile they want to use.

Can I help children in more than one family?

Yes. An adult can belong to more than one family and switch between them from their account. Each family keeps its own learner profiles, and what you can manage depends on your role in that family.
